Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content (six categories)

You may not use RoomAI to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Sexual / NSFW content — pornography, nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive imagery.
• Violence / gore — graphic violence, blood, injury, weapons aimed at people, or content depicting harm.
• Hate speech — content that attacks or demeans individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any sexualized depiction of minors, or content that sexualizes children. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
• Deepfakes / impersonation — depicting a real identifiable person without consent in a misleading or harmful way, including fabricated imagery that could damage reputation.
• Copyright / trademark infringement — reproducing protected works (logos, artwork, photos, characters) without authorization.

2. Acceptable use

The service is intended for legitimate interior-design and real-estate staging purposes: redesigning rooms, virtual staging, restyling, flooring and wall previews, and similar lawful uses. Content must comply with our Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and this policy.

3. Enforcement and violations

If we determine that content violates this policy, we may, at our sole discretion and without notice: refuse to generate the image, remove the offending content, revoke unused credits, suspend or permanently terminate the account, and take legal action. For suspected CSAM, we will report the incident to the relevant authorities and cooperate with law enforcement.

4. Reporting violations

If you encounter content that appears to violate this policy — or if you believe your likeness or copyright has been misused — report it via the in-app report button or email support@roomai.com. Please include the image or a description and the reason. We review reports and take appropriate action.

5. Content moderation

We use a combination of automated filtering and human review to prevent prohibited content. Reference photos are screened before generation, generated images are subject to automated checks, and reported content is reviewed manually. We continuously improve our moderation to keep the service safe and lawful.
