1. Credits and refunds
Credits are delivered immediately and are consumed as you generate. A one-time credit pack can be submitted for a refund within 14 days of payment — typically approved when the credits are unused, you were charged twice, or a payment succeeded but the credits never arrived. Credits that have already been spent are normally not refunded. Full details, including subscriptions and defective generations, are in our Refund Policy.
2. One-time credits and subscriptions
RoomAI sells credits as one-time purchases and offers optional monthly subscriptions. One-time credits do not recur; subscriptions renew on their billing cycle until cancelled. By purchasing, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms shown at checkout.
3. Credits never expire
Credits you purchase do not expire. You can use them at any time, with no deadlines or expiry dates.
4. AI-generated images are for personal use only
Images generated with RoomAI are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them in a commercial product without our prior written permission.
5. We are not responsible for AI output quality
RoomAI generates images using artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any generated output, and we are not liable for how the results look or are used.
6. User conduct and breach consequences
You agree not to use RoomAI to create, upload, or distribute content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, infringes any law or the rights of others, circumvents payments or rate limits, or attempts to disrupt the service. If you breach these terms, we may, at our sole discretion: suspend or terminate your account, revoke unused credits, remove offending content, and, where applicable, report unlawful activity (including CSAM) to the relevant authorities. We may also pursue legal remedies for harm you cause to us or others.
